Nepali Congress directs public relations committees to take membership online

KATHMANDU:- The Nepali Congress Active Management Committee has directed Nepali public relations committees based abroad to mandatorily fill out membership forms online.

Committee member Prakash Rasaili ‘Snehi’ informed that the committee meeting held on Tuesday decided to provide membership forms with serial numbers.

The meeting also focused on the issue of keeping the process of filling out membership forms for public relations committees based abroad online open until December 20.

Earlier, it was found that Nepali public relations committees based abroad were sending details of active members to the center after paying membership fees based on fake lists.

The Nepali Congress has already implemented a system that prohibits those who hold foreign citizenship or non-resident Nepali citizenship from being general convention delegates.
