21 injured in Gorkha road mishap

GORKHA:-  21 people have sustained injures when a bus met with an accident in Gorkha district. 

Deputy Superintendent of Police at the District Police Office, Gorkha, Rajkumar Shrestha, said that 21 people have suffered injuries when a minibus (Na 4 Kha 1419) en route to Narayangadh from Gorkha met with an accident at Bahrakilo, Gorkha Municipality-11.

According to him, a passenger bus that left Gorkha district headquarters at 12:30 PM on Sunday went out of control, fell 50 meters off the road and crashed on a tree.

The District Police Office, Gorkha, said that a joint team of  Armed Police Force and Janpath Police, with the help of locals, rescued the injured and took the injured to Chitwan after the accident. Further details of the incident are awaited.
